Where are you located?
We have two retail locations in Portland, OR. They are at 5700 NE Sandy Boulevard and 3901 SE Belmont Ave.
What are your Hours?
We are open from Monday-Friday: 10am-7pm and Saturday: 12pm-7pm PST.
How do I make my payment?
Credit card: Your credit or debit card information can be entered in on the checkout page. We have seen quite a few fail due to incorrect billing address, please confirm you use the address your bank has on file. We also often see transactions fail with a "duplicate transaction" warning, this indicates there has not been enough time between a customers payment attempts and can only be passed by waiting longer between payment attempts. We are unable to adjust these settings, but we do apologize for any inconvenience. Bitcoin and Ethereum: Please contact us if you are interested in paying with cryptocurrency. We have wallets set up that we can take payment to, but have not quite set up the gateway online yet.
We have options for Priority and Express Mail. Every product has the option to add these. (Unfortunately, Express is not guaranteed to be delivered next-day.)
When will my order be shipped?
We ship the same day for all orders that we receive before 3pm (Weekdays) or 12pm (Saturday) PST. Orders received after the cutoff will get shipped next business day. Express orders must be submitted by 11am. (Express orders are not guaranteed to be next-day)
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number when we ship your order.
When will my package arrive?
First Class Mail is estimated to take approximately 3-6 days after shipment. Priority Mail is 2-5 Days and Express shipping should get your package there in 1-2 Business Days. All shipping methods exclude Sundays and Holidays, and you may experience delays during those times. *Be aware that due to USPS operation changes implemented October 1, 2021, it may take longer for your package to arrive than it has previously. Once we drop off packages at the post office, they are out of our control. Because of this, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and we cannot issue refunds or replacements for delayed packages. Between COVID-19 and any upcoming holidays, expect that there may be further delays. Please plan accordingly.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for any unopened products. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, just send us an email letting us know and arrange to send back the unopened package (you are responsible for return shipping costs.) Once we receive the return we will credit you for the full purchase price.
Do you ship Blue Lotus, Wild Dagga, and Kanna to Louisiana?
Unfortunately, we do not ship the above products to Louisiana. Here is why.

We can offer advice on how to use spices, what incense smells good, or what natural states certain essential oils promote, etc... but anybody can have a different reaction to practically any product, so we believe it's best for you to do research and decide what's best for yourself.
