Where are you located?
We have two retail locations in Portland, OR. They are at 5700 NE Sandy Boulevard and, 3901 SE Belmont Ave.
What are your Hours?
We are open from M-F 10am-7pm, Saturday (Sandy store only) 12pm-7pm PST. The Belmont store will be closed on Saturdays until further notice.
How do I make my payment?
Once your order is placed online we will call you soon after (during open hours, or the next day) to take your credit card payment over the phone. You may also call us, during open hours, at (844)882-3133 to make your payment. We can also take payments through Venmo. All you need to do is place your order through our website then send the total cost of your order to us @herbstomp.
We have options for Priority and Express Mail. Every product has the option to add these. (Unfortunately, Express is not guaranteed to be delivered next-day.)
When will my order be shipped?
We ship the same day for all orders that we receive before 3pm (Weekdays) or 12pm (Saturday) PST. Orders received after the cutoff will get shipped next business day. Express orders must be submitted by 11am. (Express orders are not guaranteed to be next-day)
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number when we ship your order.
When will my package arrive?
First Class Mail will get the package to your mailbox approximately 3-6 days after shipment. Priority Mail is 2-5 Days and Express shipping should get your package there in 1-2 Business Days. All shipping methods exclude Sundays and Holidays, and you may experience delays during those times.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for any unopened products. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, just send us an email letting us know and arrange to send back the unopened package (you are responsible for return shipping costs.) Once we receive the return we will credit you for the full purchase price.
Do you ship Blue Lotus, Wild Dagga, and Kanna to Louisiana?
Unfortunately, we do not ship the above products to Louisiana. Here is why.

We can offer advice on how to use spices, what incense smells good, or what natural states certain essential oils promote, etc... but products marked "For experimental purposes only" are not for human consumption, and we must recommend you to do some independent research.
