We are open from M-F 10am-7pm, Saturday 12pm-7pm
How do I make my payment?
You can pay with your credit card or debit card directly on the checkout screen. If you would like to pay over the phone or with Venmo you may call us at 1-844-882-3133.
Shipping Upgrades?
We have options for Priority and Express Mail. Every product has the option to add these.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship the day of for all orders that we receive before 3pm (Weekdays) or 12pm (Saturday) PST. Orders received after the cutoff will get shipped next business day. Express orders must be submitted by 11am.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number when we ship your order.
When will my package arrive?
First Class Mail will get the package to your mailbox approximately 4-6 days after shipment. Priority Mail is 3-5 Days and Express shipping will get your package there in 1-2 Business Days excluding Sundays and Holidays.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, just send us an email letting us know that you are not satisfied, and send back the unopened package (you are responsible for return shipping costs) and upon receiving we will credit you back the full purchase price.
Do you ship Blue Lotus, Wild Dagga, and Kanna to Louisiana?
Unfortunately, we do not ship the above products to Louisiana. Here is why.
