Hibiscus – Hibiscus sabdariffa
Hibiscus is part of the Malvaceae (Mallow) family. Possibly the most common use for hibiscus is in hot or cold tea. Dried hibiscus is also edible, and is a delicacy in Mexico. Hibiscus is used as a symbol of many nations and cultures.
