Mixed Peppercorn, Whole – Piper nigrum and Schinus terebinthifolius
Mixed Peppercorn are the berries of the Piper nigrum and Schinus terebinthifolius plants, the difference in colors is due to different times in harvesting, drying and fermentation. Whole peppercorns retain their flavor longer than ground pepper, and produces a mile heat and pungent flavor to a wide variety of food and beverage.
