The shop
Herb Stomp is a brick-and-mortar herbal retailer in northeast Portland. You can walk in six days a week (closed Sunday) and shop in person, or have your order shipped USPS the same day if you place it online before 3pm Pacific.
We've been at it for over fifteen years between the shop and the people behind it — long enough to know what works, what doesn't, and which suppliers we actually trust.
What we sell
Kratom, kava, ethnobotanicals, loose-leaf teas, house-pressed extracts and tinctures, incense, essential oils, and a small selection of accessories. We curate hard — every product on the shelf is here because we use it ourselves or our customers ask for it by name.
How we test
Our kratom is third-party tested for three things:
- Heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury)
- Microbial contamination — the full micro profile
- Alkaloid content — mitragynine and 7-hydroxy-mitragynine
We're certified by the Oregon Department of Agriculture and operate under GMP manufacturing protocols with HACCP food-safety controls. Certificates of analysis are available on request — ask us and we'll send the lab report.
How we ship
USPS only, contiguous 48 states plus Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipping on orders over $200. Orders placed before 3pm PST on weekdays (or 12pm PST on Saturday) ship the same day. Express orders need to be in by 11am.
Kratom can't be shipped to states where it's banned: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Louisiana, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin, or Washington D.C.. Blue Lotus, Wild Dagga, and Kanna also can't ship to Louisiana under state law. Everything else ships nationwide (lower 48 plus AK and HI). We don't ship internationally, no drop-shipping, no COD.
