Herb Stomp is operated by Elemental Prism LLC, a Portland, Oregon company. Throughout this policy, "we", "us", and "Herb Stomp" mean Elemental Prism LLC.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly — when you register, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us. That's typically:
- Name and email address
- Shipping and billing address
- Phone number (optional)
- Payment information (processed by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers)
- Anything you choose to send us in a message or form
You can browse the site without giving us any information.
What we do with it
We use your information to fulfill your order, ship your package, answer your questions, and (if you opted in) send occasional updates. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share it only with the services we need to run the business — payment processors, shipping carriers, our email host — and only the minimum each needs to do its job.
We may send order updates, lab-report follow-ups, and occasional product news. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at herbstompteam@gmail.com and ask to be removed.
How we protect your information
Our site uses TLS/SSL on every page. Payment information is transmitted directly to our payment provider via encrypted connection — we never see, store, or log full card numbers on our servers. We retain only what's needed to support your orders and our legal obligations.

We use cookies for the basics — keeping you logged in, remembering your cart, light analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may not work if you do.
Children
Herb Stomp is for customers 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we've accidentally received information from a minor, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we have on you, correct it, or delete it — email herbstompteam@gmail.com and we'll handle the request within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a fresh "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you're cool with the new version.
