What are Mushroom Sea Salts?

Mushroom Sea Salts are sea salt infused with mushroom powder, a functional culinary finishing salt. They come in three varieties: Huitlacoche, Shiitake, and Oyster.

The three varieties

• Huitlacoche — the Mexican corn fungus (Ustilago maydis).
• Shiitake — Lentinula edodes, the East Asian culinary mushroom.
• Oyster — Pleurotus, the fan-shaped culinary mushroom.
