What are our herbal air fresheners?

These are plant-based air fresheners for the home, built on essential oils and dried botanicals rather than the synthetic fragrance compounds used in aerosol and plug-in products. Each one carries a single named scent, and the lineup covers six: Rose, Lavender, Hibiscus, Peppermint, Autumn Spice, and Mountain Breeze.

The scent lineup

Four of the six are straightforward single-note botanicals: rose, lavender, hibiscus, and peppermint. The other two are blends. Autumn Spice combines orange peel, clove, and cinnamon into a warm kitchen-spice profile. Mountain Breeze blends jasmine (Jasminum officinale), sweet orange (Citrus sinensis), and yarrow (Achillea millefolium) into a brighter, greener scent.

How they compare to synthetic air fresheners

Commercial air fresheners typically rely on synthetic fragrance chemistry. A plant-based freshener works differently: the scent comes from the botanical material itself, so the profile is softer and more varied than an aerosol blast. Like any air freshener, these add fragrance to a room rather than chemically neutralizing odors, so think of them as home fragrance, not odor removal.
