about this product
What is Red Malay kratom?
Red Malay is a red-vein strain of Mitragyna speciosa with a Malaysian-origin lineage. The "Malay" name reflects that heritage; like most commercial kratom today, the leaf is grown across the broader Southeast Asian growing region. The "red" refers to the reddish central vein of fully mature leaf, and red-vein kratom is made from the most mature leaf, dried the longest of the three vein colors.
Where our Red Malay comes from
We source Red Malay from established growers in the Southeast Asian kratom-growing region. Fully mature leaves are hand-harvested, de-stemmed, and cured for an extended period before being milled to a fine powder.
Our Red Malay is third-party lab tested by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories for heavy metals, microbial contaminants, and mitragynine potency. A Certificate of Analysis is available on request.
Red Malay vs. other red-vein kratom
Red strains differ mainly by lineage and growing region:
- Red Malay — Malaysian lineage; a long-standing red.
- Red Maeng Da — Thai-origin Maeng Da lineage grown in Indonesia.
- Red Bali — named for the Bali export port.

Red Malay Kratom Powder & Capsules
Red Malay kratom is available as loose powder and as pre-filled capsules. Powder is sold by weight in a range of sizes; capsules are pre-filled with the same milled leaf. The material is identical in both formats; only the packaging differs.
Storage
Store kratom powder in an airtight container, away from heat, light, and humidity. Kept cool and dry, Red Malay holds its color and aroma for a long time; moisture and direct sunlight are what degrade a powder over time.
